Employees

In or out of the classroom, GCS employees are a critical part of the Character Development Initiative in our schools.Through character development, educators play a vital role not only in developing better students, but in developing better people.  Our vision is to build schools where staff and students are guided by courtesy and bound together by kindness, responsibility, and mutual respect.

Character Education and You

At GCS all employees take responsibility for character development and are a valuable part of a community that shares the core values that guide the education of our students. Character development is not just a set of lessons or a list of traits; it is a way of life and it starts with you.
