In January, we have a new menu item, New Orleans Chicken Stir-fry over Rice. The stir-fry contains oyster flavored sauce so this could be an issue if your child is allergic to molluscan shellfish which includes oysters. However, FDA does not consider molluscan shellfish a major allergen. Typically, allergies are to crustacean shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster) but nonetheless, we recommend your child avoid this entrée if allergic to shellfish.
